In 2020 Chris Lee, Development Director at the Princethorpe Foundation, explained how his team had pivoted to deal with the challenges of engaging a school community without in-person events, co-ordinating crisis communications, and pausing their capital campaign. In a time where sharing experiences with peers can help to reassure and inspire, attendees found his talk honest and useful.
