Journalism Summer Internship

Customer Manager – a 6 month graduate internship with goal to convert to permanent position

This is an exciting customer-facing role for a recent graduate who’s keen to have responsibility from Day 1 and learn a range of marketing, sales, product and account management skills. You’ll join our fast-paced EdTech start-up team and work closely with our product and sales managers in a ‘growth-hacking’ role to support out customers. You will work closely with schools to increase engagement levels on their ToucanTech community portals (most commonly used for alumni networks) – this can be achieved in a number of ways, such as sending targeted emails, publishing enticing news content, organising fun events or gamifying elements of the network. Junior Web Developer

We’re always on the look out for talented PHP coders! We’re a fast-paced EdTech start-up that sells a SaaS community and database software to schools and companies. We offer our developers a lot of responsibility and variety in their work, with full stack coding and input in to new product ideas. It’s important that you’re a self-starter and ideally you’ll have experience with MVC architecture and familiarity with CodeIgniter, the framework we currently use.
